power board has 12v, 5v and 24v coming out of it.
no bad caps (visually)

Hello, my name is*****'ll be happy to assist you. I need additional info of TV symptoms to troubleshoot the problem.

- Does power light lit or flash when replug TV power cord in wall outlet?

- Does screen glow/show backlight for a second when push power button?

- Was there any storm in area that might have caused this problem?

OK, since power board has required volts output that means it is working fine and main board is suspected and it seems main processor chip on main board is bad, please swap main board of TV which will help to resolve the problem. Please check following board supplier link to get replacement main board or search/google it with the part number off of main board of TV to get better price info..
