I am unable to load from an external drive to a Samsung 40"

Customer Question

I am unable to load from an external drive to a Samsung 40" flat-screen. I have frequently used the same usb ports (3) available but none will play the content although the screen does recognize the drives by saying "loading" but simply stays in that mode until it turns itself off and restarts with the same "loading" message but no pictures. The external storage drives worked for months daily until three days ago. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Hello, my name is***** be happy to assist you.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.
- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?
- Have you tried the USB external drive on any PC to see if it works?
Thanks.
