Customer Question

My "LG" big screen has a problem. I turn on and about 15 seconds later a big snap sound and screen goes black. No sound nothing at all. Does NOT come back on. I can turn TV off and wait a few seconds then turn on and the same thing again. Have done this about 10 times.
Now turn on and no pic at all, do have sound.
