Hello, my name is***** be happy to assist you.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.
- Can you elaborate 'cutting off' as does power light blink when TV turn Off or picture just disappears?
- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The power light blinks . The tv is connected to the main cable box.

OK, how many time power light blinks when TV cuts Off?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It keeps on blinking.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It may blink 2 _3 times and stop and start again
Expert:  Shahid replied 2 years ago.

I understand, power light would be flashing in specific pattern like 7 blinks, pause, again 7 blinks and so on.

Please count how many times it blinks then pause for longer period and repeats the same blink pattern as it would be an error code which will help to troubleshoot the problem.
