Hello, What's the model number of your TV?
Do the TV buttons still operate the set as they should?
How long have you owned the remote?
Are the batteries new?
Please postback with details and we can proceed.

(Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.

Yes I'm here, it took 12 minutes for your reply, I had stepped away. Also let's forget about the phone call - as that costs you extra and doesn't really help us. Now, I need you to be clear here- you say the buttons work once you get the TV ON- does the TV have a hard time coming on with the POWER button on the TV itself- yes or no? Also, are you saying the REMOTE will work once the TV is ON? We need to isolate the TV from the remote- so I need to know if the TV works perfectyl fine- with the exception of your remote please.
