Customer Question

I have a Regza 40XV645U 40"" LCD, Serial 922 432T10246K1. The audio breaks down into "garble" on an intermittent basis and then returns to normal. The scrambled audio usually only lasts 20-30 seconds. The uni is connected to my Comcast "box" via an HDMI cable that works with our other LED TV so I don't think it is the cable. I have seen offers to purchase circuit boards; but I don't want to risk buying/installing and not solving the problem. Thoughts?
