Hello and sorry you're having problems.
I need to ask for more info to determine what's causing this.
1) Do you receive your viewing from a TiVo box?
2) If you grab the original Samsung remote, and press MENU- will the MENU show up normally?
3) What's the model number off of the back of the TV?
4) How long have you owned it for and when did the problem occur?
