my 46 inch samsung will not turn on ---previous it would come on afterv5b minutes of clicking the capacitators would catch & tv would turn on. What can I do as I understand this has been a serious problem with Samsung TV's?
Please let me know as I need my TV clare cooney parksville B.C.

Hello, my name is***** be happy to assist you.
Yes, it is known issue of failing capacitors on power supply board of TV, either replace bad capacitors on power board (it needs good soldering work with proper tools and expertise) or swap the entire power board (it is plug and play type work, no soldering needed) which will help to resolve the problem.
Please check with following board supplier to get required power board available for approx $65 or so..
If you are not comfortable working on it yourself then you may please use following link to get list of TV repair shops in area which will help to get repair quote...
