I need info you see about the fault the first thing I need is the model number of the set, how old the set is, and what the power-light is doing for example is it blinking and pausing, if so I will need to know how many red blinks between pauses there are like 4 blinks pause 4 blinks as an example.
Its not possible to give any idea of whats wrong until I get that basic info, then I may need more depending on your reply
Let me know

Its an over-voltage protection issue to do with the power-board inside the set, the power-board will need to be examined and probably replaced, if you/someone you know thinks they can do this work please let me know I will provide all the relevant info needed to do this.
Otherwise if this is not within your scope you will need a tech www.tvrepairpros.com
I am sorry this is not something easier let me know if you need more info/help
A positive rating is appreciated thank you there will be a rating bar with this post thanks again, note the question will remain open
Regards
Anthony
