Hello and sorry you're having problems. I may be able to help, but I need to ask for more info.
1) You're using a single HDMI cable from your Xfinity Box to your TV. Which HDMI port on the TV are you plugged into?
2) Are you able to use the Panasonic's remote and SELECT that HDMI Input (For example, if you're plugged into HDMI 1, you SELECT HDMI 1 using the remote)?
3) What exactly do you see on your screen?
