Hi. I have my tv connected by wireless to the internet. Network status indicates connection is good. For one of my favourite premium services it begins to load but then brings up an error message. Api connector network connection timed out. It used to work fine. I have already initialised premium under settings but no change.

OK, can you access to Bigpond through computer or get video streaming through computer?

Let me explain, your TV and router seems just fine as other applications in TV work through same router but Bigpond doesn't that means either Bigpond site/ server has got some problem or TV need to be reset to default factory settings that might help to resolve the problem (reset to default will delete all settings, password *****).
If you can access Bigpond through computer and get normal video streaming on PC then go ahead and reset the TV to get initial setup screen as TV is just out of box..
Press Home on TV remote then go to Settings > Option > Factory Reset.
It will delete all optional settings and returns to initial default mode.
Once initialization is complete, the TV will turn off and on by itself then go through initial setup screen to finish it and check if Bigpond works?

Lets try another option which will reset all registered ID info from the TV, resign ID in TV for premium services to see if it helps?
Press Home then go to Settings > Options > Smart TV Setting > Reset.
