Hello, A Plasma does not have any bulbs or LED's.
However the issue you're having is not usually caused by that anyways.
It's usually caused when using 5 colored "component video" cables between the cable/SAT box and the TV.
Please remove the reds on both ends, and then reconnect them making sure they are tight and secure.
