Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
If replacing the power supply board did not help, then the next likely suspect is the main logic board inside the TV.
Randomly turning off could also be due to overheating. Check for any obstructions to air vents.

I have had the back off to replace off to replace the power supply, so the is no obstructions. Please supply real trouble shooting steps not checking ie meter reading or oscope.

As the fault is intermittent it will not be detectable by testing.
Replace the main logic board inside the TV and let me know if that helps.
