Appreciate the additional information. Any pattern/sequence to the blinking; i.e. blink together - how many times then the power light blinks by itself - how many times?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Once

I checked the Service Manual and this particularly blink sequence has no corresponding "potential fault". Have you tried unplugging for an extended period of time? ...and while unplugged press any/all buttons on the TV panel? The idea is to simulate a soft reset and help dissipate residual internal charge. Upon plugging back in, determine if symptoms persist. More particularly, if the blinking would immediately start or only after attempting to turn on. Should this be non-corrective, would you be comfortable opening the TV? Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, you may need access to and familiarity with the use of a multimeter and even perhaps a soldering iron.

Unplug it for how long?
Expert:  Louie replied 2 years ago.
An hour or preferably more. The longer would help ensure that all the power would have sufficient time to discharge.

When should i push the buttons? How long after being unplugged?
Expert:  Louie replied 2 years ago.
Please push any/all buttons at any time while still unplugged. Then a final just before plugging back in. Please post back results / observations of the above once tried.
