Hello, my name isXXXXX be happy to assist you.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.

- How old is the TV and how long it have had this problem?
- Does picture go out regardless of what video device is being played or a particular one?
- Does menu screen show up while TV displays no picture?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Thanks Sam for the reply.

- How often does picture go out?
- Press Menu button to see if menu scree show up while no picture in TV.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

5 to 10 times a week tv is on directv it hasn't done it once tonight I'll try the menu next time

Thanks Sam for the info.

It seems video source issue so when picture goes out netx time, please unplug TV and Directv box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug and turn them On.

Please post back how it worked to resolve the problem.
