Hi! Thank you for using Just Answer today! My name is Tim, I am happy to help you with this! Please bear with me and be patient as sometimes these issues take a little bit of figuring out before we know what's wrong. If you could give me some more information it will be very helpful:

-When you plug it in or turn it on, does it have any problems?

-Have you had any problems before this? (taking longer to come on, clicking, ect.)

-How old is the unit?

Please give me this information and I will be happy to assist you further.
Thank you,
Tim Nolan

Do you know how to use a meter and test voltages?

Tim

no i have to go to work

OK well I assume you checked to make sure the outlet was good.

If it is then we have some odd problem in the power supply or the main board. I can help you test this if you can get a meter. We have seen some capacitors in the power supply go bad when unplugged/plugged back in. Its not that the unplug caused it but rather that they were ready to go out and then went out all the way when you unpluged it and they wont boot up again.

Also if the tv is 6 months old then you may call 1-687-318-9060 to see if they are going to stand behind it.
