Darken the room and power your TV on. Do you see the LCD panel Glow, then the TV shuts down, or does the TV panel never glow and it shuts down?

Do you see anything appear on your TV panel/screen?

Do you have a Voltmeter and know how to use it?

i get a blue screen and it says no signal and then shuts down, and none of the buttons are responding

Ok, sounds like your micro/system control is locking up.

You'll want to lay your TV face down on a pad and remove all the screws on the back cover and pull the cover off.

Then look at the board with all the Input Jacks on it.

There will be one or two Barcode stickers on it. Get the 12 digit number off of it.

0241-2474-0455 is an example

i will pull the back off and get back to you this afternoon thanks

That'll work, get back to me when you do, and ALWAYS look in between the INPUTS for screws....they have to keep those inputs flush against the back, and if there is no plate that's screwed in around the jacks....then they probably have some in between.

The outer edge....the middle....and the stand if separate....they have to be unscrewed.
