Hi There,


All of the fans in this TV have sensors on them, and if one stops, the set shuts down to keep it from overheating.


Clearly this should be a simple fix, and if you are comfortable taking the back off, you should be able to see the non functioning fan. You may be able to get the set working again by simply giving the fan a nudge when you turn the set on, sometimes they can just get a little clogged with dust.

back is off, cleaned fan and it spins freely

In that case it could be one of two issues, either a fault with the power supply or a faulty fan.
