My Proview rx276 model 2600, board 200-100-hx276 rev:d has been replaced with 200-100-hx276 rev:e. It lights up for a flash and goes black. The power LED stays green. Does the rev:e a good replacement or is there another problem and what do i need to fix this problem?

I have replaced the 200-100-hx276 rev:d thinking it would fix the problem but it still turns on and after a few seconds, the back lights flashes on once and then nothing appears on the screen even when i press menu. However, the power LED turns green and stays green telling me the power supply is ok. So my question is what should i be looking for to fix this problem?
