Recently the color on our Polaroid TV has gone bad. The reds

Resolved Question:

Recently the color on our Polaroid TV has gone bad. The reds in particular are a tan/brown. Is there a special trick we can use to correct this problem? Being a UGA fan, it's frustrating! Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for the question. My name is Dan.

Are all inputs affected? DVD player, cable box, game console, etc.? Also, bring up the TV menu... is it affected, too?

Regards,
Dan

NO

So only one input is affected? Which one is it?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
ON ALL CHANNELS THE REDS ARE BROWN. THAT IS THE ONLY PROBLEM
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
IT IS VERY SIMPLE! AS I MENTIONED, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT ON ALL CHANNELS THE COLOR IS BAD, PRINCIPALLY THE RED, WHICH IS BROWN.

No need to be rude. I'll opt out, maybe someone else will help you.

Good luck.

GREEN R-Y B-Y and 2 Audio
Right and Left
Take all 5 wires
