I have 42 LCD HDTV and I want to watch movies on my DVD player.

I have 42" LCD HDTV and I want to watch movies on my DVD player. Recently my daughter has played with the remote and somehow now the tv is asking us for a input password. We have never had any problems in the past so I'm thinking she has pressed a wrong button or programed it to ask this question

Ok so here is the deal. I was to give you a deposit of $13.00 and then you were to give me the answer in a couple of hours. I didn't receive an email until the 30th of June to check if you sent a message or not. Then if I agree to the answer they will take the amount out of my account, which by the way they have done so already. In other words if I accept here online will they take another thirteen bucks out of my account. Let me know or not!
