Hello JA customer,

Thank you for your question.

So that I may further assist you, could you please supply the full model number of your TV?

Thank you for using JA, and I look forward to your response.

Thank you

I don't show any information on file for this model number, although it does come up on the web sparsely. Is this a US marketed set?

Thanks

Thank you, XXXXX XXXXX may be able to help you.

There are several possibilities here including the LED panel, drivers, and LED controller, and Gamma settings, tint control.

If this just occurred all of a suddenly without making any adjustments to the gamma, tint, or from a firmware upgrade, then it would narrow it down to a hardware failure.

Also if this is a true LED panel, and not an LCD panel with LED lighting (some Sony sets), and it is pink on all inputs including the Menu/OSD, then I suspect the green LED driver is faulty.
