Hi!

Where does this coax come from, is it from cable TV or an antenna?

And you're saying the Panasonic has no internal TV tuner?

THE COAXIAL CABLE COMES OUT OF THE WALL, JUST THE NORMAL SERVICE. THE PANASONIC DOES HAVE A TUNER IN IT, JUST NO COAXIAL INPUT PLUG

I just checked, and your model does not have a tuner, hence no coax input.

If you don't want to rent a box from Adelphia, you have to get an outboard tuner, such as a TiVo box. You have to have a way of recieving and changing channels, which is what the box or a TiVo does. But TiVo is going to requirte a subscription, so either way, you're going to have to pay. Frankly, the easiest thing to do is just rent the box.

Hope that helps, thanks for using JustAnswer!
