I have a 32" model 32V420T what does FPA lock mean how do i get it off my tv so that i can use my menu options again?

Hello Marcie, welcome to Just Answer.

FPA stand for "Front Panel Access". This is part of the child lock feature of the TV. When activated, all button on the front of the TV can't be used (except power and only to turn the set OFF).

When this is activated, you can still use the remote. You need to press [menu] on the remote, use [ch+/-] to select "preference", press OK to enter it, then select FPA to OFF using the [Vol -/+].
