Ok most of the times when you get a power surge it will blow the fuse that is located inside your tv set close to the power cord coming in to your tv set,the thing about it is the lcd tv sets have more than one fuse in them and have what are called pico fuses they look like resistors and are soldered just like resistors to the board,i would suggest to get the service manual for your tv set,which will help you in finding all the fuses that your tv set has,i am pretty sure it is a fuse that needs to be replace and you can find a fuse in any electronic store near you,but this could have as also damaged your power supply circuit some how,so if after replaceing the fuse whether it is a regular fuse or a pico fuse and it blows again then most likely you have a problem in your power supply circuit,click on the links below to find the service manual,hope this helps.
