No it wont, all the lights come on but won't even try and turn over battery was reading 12.9 volts

At the PN switch on the top of the transaxle ohm test across the gray and black wires, is there continuity with the shifter in park?

I do, and what is the PN Switch? I did run a Diagnostic test and no codes came up

PN is park neutral switch.

Does your scan tool show the PCM is seeing a start request and does it see the correct gears?
