the trans needs to be filled by the drain plug. remove the small nner plug and fluid should drip out. do not overfill the fluid.

let me check the 775 code

the 775 code is for the solenoids. from that code, it looks more like a wire harness issue than a part issue. below is the possibilities.

Test D: Pressure Control (PC) Solenoids (PCA, PCB, PCC)

  • Vehicle
  • Transmission and Drivetrain
  • Automatic Transmission/Transaxle
  • Testing and Inspection
  • Pinpoint Tests
  • 5R55S Automatic Transmission
  • Pinpoint Tests
  • Automatic Transmission/Transaxle

Normal Operation
The three pressure control solenoids are used to control transmission operating pressure, band and clutch application pressures.

NOTE: Refer to the Transmission Vehicle Harness Connector illustration.

NOTE: Read and record all DTCs. All digital TR Sensor and VSS DTCs must be repaired before entering Output State Control (OSC).

Possible Causes
If the transmission will not shift correctly, it may be caused by:
- Short to ground
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Open circuit
- Faulty pressure control solenoids
- Faulty PCM
