2004 ford explorer. intermittently has no reverse gear.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Have you noticed any fluid leaks lately?
Customer: 139,000
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: haven't tried anything yet. If I can fix it myself I would. I was thinking maybe SSA solenoid.. but don't know why sometimes works, sometimes not
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
