Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. Things that can cause your 4x4 not to engage is the transfer case could be malfunctioning. The front differential could be causing issues, but then you would be hearing a grinding or feeling it in the pedal. The shift cable could also be damaged.
