Customer Question

My Lincoln will not shift into park
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you noticed any leaking?
Customer: No I haven't and it's a 2007 Lincoln mkz
JA: Are you fixing your MKZ yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing yet. I put it neutral and pulled the Emercency brake
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's it
