Code was always for position switch. Not sure of #.

O.k.,if this was for the transmission range switch looking at the diagram info on this it does feed its signals directly to the TCM itself. The TCM and switch has been replaced and the code is still setting here. This only leaves one thing.High resistance/damage to the wiring leading from this switch to the TCM needing located and repaired or new wiring ran in its place to correct this issue. As long as the switch is switching properly and he TCM and switch are new the only thing left is a fault with the wiring itself. It may be hard to locate a short or damage in the harness but I would double check it to see if any wiring needs repaired or replaced for this fault here. If more help is needed, use the reply tab to continue our conversation. If no further assistance is needed, kindly rate my service. You can rate at any time and we can continue to work on your question as this will not close out your question.Keep in mind in some cases it can be difficult to fully diagnose or help repair your vehicle without seeing it and I work on delivering the best possible answer from what I see to work with. Thanks Pete
