Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!If it still rolls while in park then the problem may not be in the transmission. If it won't hold in park then you have a mechanical failure somewhere between the park sprag and the wheels. A failure in this way internal in the trans wouldn't be common, it's more likely that you have damage in the rear differential or a broken axle shaft.With the engine off and in park, if you push the van is the rear driveshaft turning or stationary?
