My 1997 blazer will not shift.the problem started as soon as

My 1997 blazer will not shift.the problem started as soon as the weather turned colder.I am not sure if I need a powertrain control module or body mount control module.I know this is limited info but I do get tranny codes.any thoughts.

That would be very helpful. If there is a code for a shift solenoid, the computer will simply disable shifting and leave you with 2nd gear only. I don't think you need a computer replacement, you likely just have a failed solenoid or something like that. Trouble codes would go a long way towards narrowing it down.
