Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things you could be experiencing. You may have a governor or throttle pressure issue, if it only happens at a certain shift point then it could be a clutch, band, or valve body issue. It isn't common but sometimes shift valves in the valve body can stick.

It looks like the problem happens with moderate throttle but not if accelerating hard?

What shift points are involved?

The governor transducer will definitely cause shift issues as I mentioned in my first post. I'm glad you got it repaired!
