Have Transmission Questions? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question had not received a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
If the issue here has occurred with both the old transmission and torque converter as well as is occuring with the new this sounds like a fault with either the transmission control module/ecu itself or an issue with wiring from the control module to the transmission needing repaired or replaced.
I have seen common failure of the transmission control module needing replaced before several times on several models for this type of fault here.If you do not have a dealers sds machine to do proper testing or the training this is best checked into by either a transmission repair facility that has the correct test equipment and training or a dealer.
