Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You could potentially have a transmission related issue but I'm wondering if you have a worn or broken motor mount. If it's a jerk you're feeling on takeoff rather than the trans slipping then I suspect you may be feeling powertrain shift due to a loose motor mount.

Do you get more of a bump than normal when shifting into park and reverse?

Can you explain what you're feeling in detail?
