Stumbles when throttle tapped at idle. Like the blip between

Customer Question

Stumbles when throttle tapped at idle. Like the blip between downshifts, and the motor stutters. Also affects take-off from standstill. Not as apparent when cold and idle rpm is higher.
Porsche dealer can't diagnose, say they won't get into it unless a code lights up.

Hi, do you have a scan tool? This sounds like it could be a throttle position sensor issue from what you're describing. If you have a scan tool, look at the tps voltage and slowly push the gas pedal. If you can graph it with the scanner even better. It should change smoothly from no throttle input to full throttle.
