Parked my 2005 Dodge Magnum in my driveway after a non event

Customer Question

Parked my 2005 Dodge Magnum in my driveway after a non event drive. The next day, the transmission shifter would not move from Park. This is an RT with the Hemi and has 133,000 miles on it. The dealer is replacing the transmission for $1,800. My son had the same problem on his SXT 6 cylinder Magnum. He was told that this is a known problem in the company. Had the extended warrenty but that has expired. Too bad for me.
