Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If the PCM doesn't communicate and the engine doesn't start then almost surely the PCM isn't awake. It may b missing a power or ground feed, it may have failed internally, a 5v reference circuit may be shorted to ground or the sensor ground circuit may have shorted to voltage. These could be internally shorted sensors or wiring issues.
If fuses are good and this started as a result of replacing the trans then the first thing I would do is make sure no wiring was pinched between the bellhousing and block. From there it will take some electrical testing to check these circuits for shorts and test the PCM powers and grounds if necessary.
