I got speeding ticket for" 75/ posted speed 55; speed

I got speeding ticket for " 75/ posted speed 55; speed measured by Pace ( neither Laser, nor Radar ) on H-2 North Bound between Wikao- Mililani Mauka around 19:23 PM. Even officer wrote down 75, but I believe 65. I don't know what to do. Any guidance ?

The ticket that you received has instructions on how to pay the ticket or appeal it. So, you need to follow the instructions on the ticket to file an appeal if you want to contest the ticket or pay it if you do not want to contest the ticket. If you were going 65 MPH, but got a ticket for 75 MPH, then it is prudent to appeal the ticket because the ticket is wrong.
