I am most often online central time 11-3 midday and 8-3 at night.
Can you better explain what is wrong with the vehicle? You mentioned no power the headlights then started talking about the fuel pump and relay.
Remove the C OPN relay under the hood and test the pins.

With the key on pins 2 and 5 should be power.
Pin 1 should be ground. Test those to see if any are missing.
