Headlights went out within...

Headlights went out within a week of each other. Daytime running lights still work, hi-beams still work (but the blue indicator doesn't light up on the dashboard). The fuses *seem* to be fine.

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?

The fuses for the headlights seem fine.

Just checked the fuses. Didn't want to spend $ on headlight bulbs if nothing's wrong with them.

Ok at the headlight connector check for voltage and ground with volt meter or test light

I don't have either a volt meter or a test light. I'm not good with cars.

ok so then all we can do is replace bulbs at this point or take it to a shop, your local auto parts store will install bulbs for free if you purchase there bulbs, they might even check the circuit depending where you go
