Mechanic's Assistant: Have you located all of the vehicle's oxygen sensors? Are the wires leading to and from each intact and in good shape?

From what I can tell, yes

HI,

Ok, first, which sensor did you replace - the upstream on the driver or passenger side?

And second, what brand sensor did you use?

HI,

Ok, I can only give as accurate an answer as you supply information.

First, toyotas are backwards from most. Bank1 Sensor1 is on the Passenger side. If you replaced the driver side, you replaced the wrong side.

IF you use any brand other than a Denso direct fit, it will read lazy and reset the code. Toyotas, Hondas, and Nissans seem to only work well with Denso brand

If you replaced the correct one and used Denso, then let me know and will go from there
