Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! I apologize for the extended wait time you experienced, I've only just come online now and would like to assist you with your question.

You could have a few different things going on. If you have a dual zone system then you could have a bad actuator or broken door, possibly an actuator wiring or module issue. With either a single or dual zone system you could have a restricted heater core.

Do you have a single or dual zone system?

Does the air on the right side warm at all?

The middle vent Heats a little the outside by the window on the passenger side blows cold the it is a single it is a single zone system
Toyota Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 7 months ago

If it's a single zone system then you have just one blend door. This is happening because the heater core is restricted. You can try flushing the heater core directly, alternating until the water runs clear in both directions. You can also use something such as The Works toilet bowl cleaner, letting it sit in the heater core for approximately five minutes before flushing. THe entire cooling system may also need to be flushed and the heater core may need to be replaced or a permanent repair.

My goal is to give you the best experience possible! I hope I have earned a 5 star rating! Please remember to rate my service by selecting the 5 stars at the top of the screen before you leave today. If you need more assistance, please use the reply box and let me know.
