2006 Avalon the drivers door switches will not roll down the

2006 Avalon the drivers door switches will not roll down the passenger window and the passenger window switch, which will roll the window down is flashing twice then long pause, then flashes twice
JA: Are you fixing your Avalon yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: This all started when we had the alternator replaced
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: yes headlights ok and new battery
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello, try to re initialize the system:

Start with the window in the down position, turn the key off then back on,

push the passenger window switch up (in the manual mode, not auto) hold the switch until the window is all the way up then keep holding it for two seconds, release and push the switch down, when the window is down keep holding the switch for two seconds.

What about reinitializing the master control on the drivers door? How do I do that?

Make sure the window lock switch is in the off position.

On the master switch use the driver's window switch and do the same procedure as outlined in my first post.
