this suggests a faulty water pump

you need to change the water pump..

Hi Im David, please do not replace the water pump right off the bat,. there are other things that need to be checked first.

first thing to do is get the engine up to operating temperature. then feel the upper and lower radiator hoses and make sure they are equally hot. please let me know then we can go from there.

are they hot to the point you can only touch them for a few seconds? if so, now check the heater hoses that go into the firewall, make sure they are equally hot.
