Hey how are you,I will try to help you with this issue

If you do not mind me asking ,are you looking at fixing this yourself or looking to know the most possible cause of this issue and taking it to repair shop for the work ?

Do you have any prior experience in electrical troubleshooting and testing with a test light for power & ground ?

Do have a power probe for testing ?

Did you scan it with factory scanner or equivalent to retrieve faults codes for vehicle modules ?

lets try a master reset first and tell if snything resets and we go from there

Master reset Procedure

1- Disconnect Battery Cables ( Negative & Positive Cables )you can use any electrical wire as an extension if battery cables don't reach .the reason we do that is to take any residual power in the wiring harness to try to reset the modules ,and there will be no spark created touching them since we took battery power source out of the loop by taking both cables off

2- Hold cables Together for 60 secs ,then let go

3- Wait 30 minutes

4- Make sure all doors are closed

5- Reconnect battery Cables ,Positive cable First

6- Lock & unlock the vehicles using the key from driver door side (if you have a key fob with no blade key, just lock & unlock using the key fob buttons)

7- Enter the vehicle and attempt to start

Please let me know

Thank You

Hi Chad,
Thanks for the quick response.
To answer your questions - I'm looking to fix the problem myself but don't have real experience or any test equipment.
I have done a master reset a couple years ago on my Chevy p/u so I'm somewhat familiar with the procedure.
It's about 10 degrees and just started snowing, so I'm going to wait a bit to try it.
