I need a layout diagram of a Toyota Corolla (1.8L) that shows the drivebelt pulleys. It seems there is a bearing noise from one of the pulleys. I am aware of the belt tensioner pulley but it seems to be coming more from the idler pulley.
Is there an idler pulley on this vehicle (besides the belt tensioner pulley)? Thanks.

Hey Nelson. Good to see you again. Give me one moment and I'll upload that diagram to you... be right back...

Thanks for holding Nelson.

A good way to find the source of a bearing hum is to remove the belt and pin each pulley by hand. Try to shake the pulley in and out looking for excessive movement as well (which is a sign of a worn bearing). For the diagram of the pulley layout, click here: https://goo.gl/DjhDYk

Hi Ron,
Nice talking to you again. It seems there is no separate idler pulley. Do you know if the pulley that comes with the tensioner is sold separately?

Correct. No "idler pulley" on this setup. Unfortunately, due to the tensioner's 1-piece design, the pulley is not serviceable as a stand-alone item. Check out the tensioner here: https://goo.gl/9ERMfC
