Sorry to say I see no info on resetting this so the lights will flash when you lock the doors.

You can try opening the driver door, then press and hold the lock button on the remote for about 5 seconds. This may change the program but I cannot be sure.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you're wanting to enable to the RKE horn chirp feature it will require a scan tool. Some independent shops may be able to do so, your dealer would definitely be able to do it in just a couple minutes. If you're a regular customer they may be willing to do it for no charge, otherwise I would expect it to be a couple tenths of an hour of labor.
