Hi replace the car battery in my 2004 camry LE it starts for about 3 seconds and shuts off.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Yes
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes just replaced with anew battery
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Does the car stay running if you keep pressing the accelerator?

No the car shut off and then you have to restart it does the same thing every time

Ok, Since it happened after the battery. Need to check all the fuses and make sure none of them is blown.

Already done that checked all fuses and even EFI relay everything seems to be good

I'm wondering if the issue is the alarm not being disarmed since the problem happened because of a battery disconnect. Can you press the unlock button on the key fob and see if it will then stay running?
